PLS files new US antitrust complaint against NAR

( July 1, 2025, 17:41 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: PLS.com filed a US complaint accusing the National Association of Realtors of conspiring with multi-listing services through its Clear Cooperation Policy to eliminate possible competition in the market for residential real estate listing network services. “The Clear Cooperation Policy eliminates the viability of the private network of pocket listings that the MLS conspirators and other NAR-affiliated MLSs had identified as a competitive threat.
