"Google is continuing to withhold relevant, non-privileged material behind improper and unsupported claims of privilege and confidentiality," the DOJ said in a filing to the Eastern District of Virginia. In addition to "slow-rolling" its production of internal divestiture analyses, Google must produce submissions it has made to the European Commission about remedy feasibility, the DOJ said.See attached document....
