Nvidia gets backing from Chamber of Progress in EU court battle over Run:ai deal

The General Court today disclosed that it had granted the Chamber of Progress, which presents itself as “a center-left tech industry policy coalition promoting technology’s progressive future,” permission to intervene in the case. It also said it had given Norway, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, Greece, Spain, France, Latvia and Portugal permission to back the commission.Nvidia will be supported by US tech industry lobby Chamber of Progress in EU court litigation against the bloc’s moves to scrutinize its takeover of startup Run:ai....
