Australian merger regulation will be published 'in coming days,' minister says

In response to MLex’s inquiries, Leigh said the government would “have the regulations registered in coming days.” The new regime comes into effect on July 1 and will operate alongside the existing informal-notification mechanism until Dec. 31.
