Team Telecom submits T-Mobile-UScellular review results to US FCC

( June 23, 2025, 23:59 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Team Telecom, a review committee within the US Department of Justice, submitted to the US Federal Communications Commission the results of its review of T-Mobile's proposed acquisition of UScellular's wireless business and spectrum assets last week, according to an FCC filing. The committee did not recommend the US FCC approve the application but also had no objection to the agency granting approval.See attached document....
