Getty eyes suing Stability AI in other jurisdictions after crimping UK lawsuit

Earlier today it dropped claims of direct copyright infringement from an ongoing trial in London that targets the British AI developer. Stability failed to call key witnesses to speak to copyright issues in model training and development in the UK, Getty said in court documents.
