Orlen Lietuva won't face antitrust probe in Lithuania, watchdog says

( June 26, 2025, 07:35 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Orlen won’t be probed over its supply of liquefied petroleum gas and diesel fuel for motor vehicles, Lithuania’s competition agency has said, citing enforcement priorities as the reason. Fuel-station operator Alauša filed a complaint saying that Orlen’s refusal to supply it with the necessary volumes of liquefied petroleum gas and preventing it from purchasing diesel fuel without bio-additives using motor transport and signing annual contracts restricted its ability to operate. But the office said that Orlen had applied the same restrictions to all customers in response to increased demand, and that Alauša had alternative sources for obtaining diesel without bio-additives.Statement follows (in Lithuanian). ...
