Domino's trademark protected as Indian court orders delisting of infringing eateries

The Delhi High Court issued an injunction against 15 entities found to be infringing on its trademark and trade name. The ruling mandated popular food-delivery platforms Swiggy and Zomato to delist or suspend the offending restaurants. The next hearing is scheduled for Sept. 17.
