China urges global exchanges on emerging tech to bolster chemical weapons convention

Zhang proposed three recommendations for using artificial intelligence to support the implementation of the Convention, including fostering multilateralism and building global consensus; promoting fair and inclusive cooperation by addressing the needs of developing nations and creating international cooperation platforms; and adhering to the principle of using technology for good.
