Thailand's cybersecurity agency reports 1,002 incidents between Jan-May

( June 20, 2025, 07:50 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Thailand’s National Cyber Security Agency recorded 1,002 cyber incidents between January and May 2025, according to new figures disclosed this week. The NCSA cited increasing cases involving credential stuffing, Distributed Denial-of-Service attacks, ransomware and data breaches, attributing the trend to a growing reliance on cloud infrastructure and the use of AI in cyberattacks. According to the NCSA, 63 percent of companies surveyed reported experiencing data leaks, with exposed information including customer records, login credentials and sensitive internal documents.
