Fertilizers from those two countries will be subject to a 6.5 percent tariff starting on July 1. Additionally, duties per metric ton will gradually increase, rising from 40 euros from July 1 this year, to 430 euros from July 1, 2028. Agricultural products — including sugar, flour, vinegar and animal feed — will be subject to an additional tariff of 50 percent, starting from July 20.
