EU finalizes ban on Chinese companies from major public medical-device contracts

( June 20, 2025, 06:00 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The European Commission has banned Chinese medicine devices makers from EU public contracts valued at more than 5 million euros, citing China’s discriminatory barriers against the bloc’s suppliers.
