EU countries asked for their wish-list for 'simplification' of digital rules

While most member states remained silent on the issue at the last ministerial meeting because they didn't have time to reach an internal position on this sensitive matter, the same might not be true at a technical discussion next week. Ahead of the meeting, national delegates received a series of guiding questions, obtained by MLex.European governments have been asked to submit their wish-list on how EU digital laws should be “simplified,” following a ministerial discussion that brought to the forefront calls to pause certain parts of the EU AI Act....
