Plaintiffs in Chrome 'Incognito' cases say Google slow walking trial

( June 5, 2025, 15:32 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Plaintiffs suing Google in more than 375,000 individual actions in a California state court in Silicon Valley said Google might be trying to slow their progress toward trial in opposing the transfer of one plaintiff's case from a court in Southern California. "Google’s choice not to seek transfer of Hood to this Court is thus conspicuous.  Indeed, it would be inexplicable, if not for the fact that Google seems to see strategic advantage in keeping Hood in Orange County in a bid to obstruct the preference trials that had been scheduled for this month and potentially disrupt any future requests for preference," the plaintiffs said in a court filing.See attached document....
