US toy companies appeal to Supreme Court in tariff challenge

The companies have a pending case before the US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit but have asked the Supreme Court for a writ of certiorari before judgment, a request for the high court to hear a challenge before a lower court rules, calling it an urgent matter to be decided quickly.
