South Korea's PIPC seeks to keep data issues from becoming trade flashpoints

The PIPC has been in discussions with the American Chamber of Commerce in Korea to address concerns raised by the US Trade Representative, who recently flagged South Korea’s data restrictions as non-tariff barriers.
