Mastercard's fight over privilege claims continues in Australian antitrust case

The matter will be determined at a hearing on Aug. 15. In the Federal Court of Australia today, lawyer Ben Hancock, representing the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission, said the regulator set out three categories in which it disputes Mastercard’s legal-professional privilege claim over a relatively confined set of documents.
