US DOJ seeks to continue abeyance in TikTok case, file status report before Aug. 15

TikTok's case against the government has been held in abeyance while that work was being done. The US Department of Justice asked the US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit to continue the abeyance because it "continues to be appropriate to avoid potentially duplicative litigation and to conserve judicial resources" and to allow it to file another status report by Aug. 15. See file attachment. ...
