USW disappointed by Nippon Steel-US Steel partnership, still hasn't seen details

( June 14, 2025, 23:59 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: United Steelworkers leadership expressed its disapproval of President Donald Trump reversing course and granting a partnership between Nippon Steel and US Steel and said it still has not received details from the government or companies, according to a letter sent to members. USW remains concerned about the potential of Nippon Steel to transfer work "from the Mon Valley or the other USS facilities to non-union facilities in Arkansas."See attached document....
