Danish watchdog was right to use evidence against Ønskebørn, top court rules

In 2023, the authority determined that Ønskebørn had coordinated prices. The decision was based on material collected during an onsite inspection. Ønskebørn sued the authority, arguing it wasn’t entitled to use the material as evidence.
