The evidence "will show that Google and Meta’s SDKs [Software Development Kits] were designed with the purpose of recording and eavesdropping on confidential in-app communications, including Plaintiffs’ confidential in-app communications with Flo by capturing CAEs [Custom App Events] reflecting health information they entered into the Flo App. The evidence will further show that each Defendant engaged in this conduct without authorization," they said.See attached document....
