Adbri-SA Premix review will focus on cement industry in South Australia

( June 13, 2025, 02:32 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Australian cement company Adbri is proposing to acquire, through its subsidiaries Adbri Concrete and Quarries SA, a 100 percent stake in Premix Concrete S.A., Seelander Quarries, Clinton Quarries and Adelaide Industrial Sands — known collectively as SA Premix. The deal will be reviewed by the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission, which is also probing an unrelated deal involving Adbri and other Australian concrete businesses.
