Online-advertising company REA probed by Australian antitrust watchdog

In a statement to the Australian Securities Exchange, the publicly listed real-estate advertising company said that it had received a “Section 155” notice — a legal requirement to provide information — from the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission. “REA is cooperating fully with the ACCC and is unable to comment further for confidentiality reasons,” the company said.
