Zwanenberg’s Unox takeover gets full probe in Netherlands

The companies sell smoked sausages and soups to supermarkets. Following its initial probe, the Autoriteit Consument & Markt said there's a risk that the deal could give the buyer a too-strong bargaining position vis-à-vis supermarkets, which could lead to higher prices.
