Disputed Meta-FTC monopoly trial documents will enter record, US judge says

( June 5, 2025, 21:41 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex summary: Disputed trial materials in the US Federal Trade Commission’s monopolization case against Meta Platforms will be entered into evidence, including exhibits that were pre-admitted but not used with witnesses during trial proceedings, a Washington DC federal judge said. “The Court nonetheless again cautions both parties that it expects their post-trial arguments to overwhelmingly focus on material that was actually discussed during witness testimony,” US District Judge James Boasberg said.
