Australian privacy watchdog paid $765,000 for internal review: documents

( June 5, 2025, 03:42 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: An organizational review of Australia’s privacy watchdog, carried out in 2024 by the Nous Group consultancy, cost the agency a total of A$1,178,700 ($765,812 today), according to invoices released under freedom-of-information laws. The total figure for the review included travel expenses totaling A$11,000, below the capped allowances for travel and editing.
