Viridian's move on Metro Performance Glass faces New Zealand public review

In a statement of preliminary issues, the New Zealand Commerce Commission said it would consider what Viridian and Metro Performance Glass would each do if the proposed acquisition were not to proceed. Crescent Capital Partners, a private-equity firm, also owns Viridian Glass GP.
