Corteva, Inari resolve discovery dispute in advance of claim construction hearing

Murphy of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, sitting by designation in the District of Delaware, signed a stipulation that Inari Agriculture will produce “all documents containing or referencing communications with third parties addressing legal concerns regarding Inari’s conduct" to Corteva Agriscience, Pioneer Hi-Bred International and Agrigenetics within 30 days. Corteva and its co-plaintiffs are seeking the information to combat Inari's counterclaim that various Corteva utility patents are unenforceable under the doctrine of unclean hands.See attached document....
