US Chamber of Commerce backs shipbuilders’ request for rehearing in no-poach suit

( May 30, 2025, 22:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The US Chamber of Commerce filed a brief in support of General Dynamics, Huntington Ingalls and other defendant shipbuilders’ request for a rehearing en banc of a decision that revived claims accusing them of conspiring not to recruit each other’s naval engineers. “The panel’s holding undermines the core purposes of limitations periods.
