US Commerce preliminarily says overheard door springs dumped by China, India

( May 30, 2025, 14:21 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex summary: The US Commerce Department has preliminarily determined that overhead door springs are being dumped by China and India. Commerce investigated Indian subject imports from Oct. 1, 2023, through Sept. 30, 2024, and Chinese imports from April 1, 2024, through Sept. 30, 2024. Commerce assigned preliminary dumping rates of 87.20 percent for one Indian company and 124.86 percent for four other firms, and an Indian-wide rate of 87.20 percent. More than a dozen Chinese companies were assigned a preliminary dumping rate of 734.33 percent, and a China-wide rate of 778.31 percent.See attached files....
