Japan telecom NTT Docomo to buy SBI Sumishin Net Bank

The offer price is set at 4,900 yen ($34.00) per share with no upper or lower limit on the number of shares to be purchased. Following the deal, Docomo will own 65.8 percent of shares while Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank will hold 34.2 percent, and each will have 50 percent voting rights.
