Class action administrators, banks face US price-fixing claims from class members

According to the complaint, some time on or about 2021 — when the interest rates in the US started rising — the administrators entered into an ongoing agreement with each other to increase prices, including by having the banks pay them the interest and investments earned on class action settlement deposits that would have otherwise been distributed to class members and used to pay down the cost of class administration services....
