( March 26, 2025, 12:59 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The US Federal Trade Commission is seeking to depose veteran Amazon employee Jun Wakabayashi, a former senior manager of the Prime user experience team, who sent an internal e-mail in 2020 following a meeting with senior leadership warning that he was concerned about the poor customer experience, or CX, about Prime subscriptions.
