Philippines clears Insular Life's acquisition of Generali Philippines

Following a Phase 1 review in April 2025, the PCC concluded that competitive pressure from existing players, ease of market entry, customer switching and regulatory oversight would constrain any potential anticompetitive effects. Both companies offer life insurance products with health and medical riders.
