US Commerce issues countervailing duty orders for southeast Asian epoxy resins

( May 23, 2025, 14:14 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The US Commerce Department on Friday issued countervailing duty orders for certain epoxy resins imported from South Korea, Taiwan and Thailand. In the case of Korean imports, the US determined dumping margins of 5.68 percent for Kudko Chemical Co., 7.60 percent for Kumho P&B Chemicals and 6.37 percent for all other exporters. For Taiwan, it determined a margin of 10.93 percent for Chang Chun Plastics Co., 28.13 percent for Nan Ya Plastics and 19.21 percent for all others. In the case of Thailand, dumping margins were 5.25 percent for Aditya Birla Chemicals and all others.See attached documents....
