Innodata files reply in support of dismissing investors' amended US claims

( May 21, 2025, 15:47 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Innodata Inc. filed a reply in support of its motion to dismiss US claims accusing it of deceiving investors about how much it was investing in AI-enabled software, arguing that plaintiffs’ opposition is self-defeating. “Conceding that defendants disclosed the company’s utilization of human labor and low [research and development] spend, plaintiff is left to claim, not that Innodata exaggerated its AI, but that Innodata had no AI whatsoever.
