In an exchange of combative court filings over the past month regarding Musk's claim that Altman's goal was to "loot" OpenAI by transforming it to a for-profit entity, the two sides even bickered over the significance of an arcane science fiction character, 974 Praf, to Musk's bid to buy OpenAI.Sam Altman and OpenAI recently backtracked on their plan to transform the AI giant from a nonprofit into more of a for-profit entity, but there are no signs the move will cause Elon Musk and his xAI company to drop their litigation against the AI company Musk helped found....
