USITC to investigate Fiagon after Stryker medical device infringement claims

Stryker filed a petition last month accusing Fiagon of importing balloon dilation devices, used to treat sinuses, which infringe Stryker patents. Stryker seeks an exclusion order as well as a cease-and-desist to halt importation, sales and advertising.See attached notice....
