USPTO seeks comments on OECD anti-counterfeiting guidelines

( May 19, 2025, 15:56 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The US Patent and Trademark Office published a Federal Register notice seeking comments on the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development’s “Draft Voluntary Guidelines for Countering Illicit Trade in Counterfeit Goods on Online Marketplaces.” The guidelines are being developed as best practices for OECD member states on the best ways to work against counterfeiting efforts.
