Atlas Global accuses HPE's 'Intelligent Edge' of SEP infringement in US

( May 19, 2025, 14:47 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Networking products by Hewlett Packard Enterprise that "comply with, implement, support, or utilize" the 802.11 Wi-Fi 6 and Wi-Fi 6E standards maintained by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers infringe four patents owned by Atlas Global, the Acacia Research Corp. subsidiary alleges in a new complaint. Specifically singled out in the filing is the "Aruba Networking" portfolio within HPE's "Intelligent Edge" platform, which Atlas Global says contains "numerous access points that leverage Wi-Fi 6 features and functionalities." The patents in suit are Nos. 9,638,310, 10,020,919, 10,348,471 and 10,965,425.See attached document....
