Oshkosh, Terex appeal EU dumping tariffs on Chinese mobile access equipment

( May 19, 2025, 09:43 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Oshkosh JLG Equipment Technology and JLG Emea — as well as Terex Machinery and Terex Global — are challenging the European Commission's duties imposed to tackle dumping on imports of mobile access equipment from China. In January, the EU trade regulator issued final dumping tariffs of 22.5 percent on Oshkosh and 22.9 percent on Terex. The companies argue that the commission was wrong to reject their claim that the applicants and their related companies operate as a single economic entity. They also say that the watchdog didn't carry out a fair price comparison in the injury-margin and dumping-margin calculations. The summary appeals follow.
