China imposes anti-dumping duties on POM Copolymer imports from US, EU, Taiwan, Japan

( May 19, 2025, 02:26 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: China's Ministry of Commerce has ruled that POM copolymer imports from the US, EU, Taiwan, and Japan are being dumped, harming the domestic industry, according to the final ruling released yesterday by the ministry. The final decision imposes anti-dumping duties on the product for five years at rates ranging from 3.8 percent to 74.9 percent. The anti-dumping probe that began in May last year and that flagged dumping in a January preliminary ruling led to the current action. POM Copolymer can be used in auto parts, electronics, industrial machinery and medical devices.The statement follows:...
