Verizon details changes to DEI policies in letter sent to US FCC chairman

( May 16, 2025, 16:37 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Verizon submitted a letter to US Federal Communications Commission Chairman Brendan Carr detailing the company's changes to diversity, equity and inclusion policies. The company tells the FCC that it will no longer have team or individual roles focused on DEI, is removing references to DEI in training and will not maintain workforce diversity goals, among other measures. These changes will also apply to Frontier Communications if the companies' proposed transaction is approved, according to the letter.See attached document....
