Senators warned that Chinese firms rampantly steal American patents and trademarks, and China’s recent advancement in artificial intelligence technology may be attributable to trade secret theft.US Senators laid out their concerns about the theft of American intellectual property by Chinese companies in a meeting today of the Senate Judiciary IP subcommittee. Members said China is catching up to American development on the back of US inventions, and they proposed some of their own legislative solutions to the problems....
