NCAA asks US appeals court to overturn injunction in antitrust case

( May 13, 2025, 22:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The National Collegiate Athletic Association asked a US appeals court to overturn an injunction against its transfer eligibility rules, arguing that circuit precedent holds the rules to be non-commercial and thus outside the scope of the antitrust laws.
