Koin, Everi tell US judge they haven't resolved antitrust dispute

( May 13, 2025, 22:49 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Koin Mobile and Everi Holdings told a Nevada federal judge today that they haven't reached a settlement in their antitrust dispute over the use of digital wallets at casinos. The US District Court for the District of Nevada previously entered an order staying the case to enable the parties to continue discussions regarding a global resolution. The parties have now asked the court to return the matter "to its active calendar" and to reinstate Everi's motion to dismiss, which argues that Koin's claims are misguided and flawed as a matter of law.Court document attached....
