Apple resale prices come under Turkish antitrust scrutiny

( May 13, 2025, 09:35 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The resale of Apple goods through outlets such as Media Markt in Turkey is facing an antitrust probe with suspicions that prices may have been coordinated and sensitive data exchanged. The regulator said it was opening an investigation into Apple Teknoloji ve Satış Limited Şirketi, suspecting it may have "determined the resale prices of Apple products." It is also looking at data provided to the "Fintegre system under Apples's coordination" to see if it restricted competition.Statement follows....
