Dutch court orders crypto firm to stop using ‘ICE’ over EU trademark clash

The court ruled that Ice Labs’ use of names such as "Ice Open Network" and "Ice Blockchain" creates confusion and violates IEH’s rights. Ice Labs must stop using "ICE" across the EU, request name changes on trading platforms, and publish rectifications.
