Wolt changes terms to address Finnish competition concerns

( May 8, 2025, 10:29 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Food delivery platform Wolt has agreed to change its exclusivity and pricing policies to address concerns in a Finnish competition investigation. The national competition authority said the changes by Wolt, which is the market leader with a market share of 70-80 percent, would give restaurants greater freedom over their sales channels and pricing.
