US trade court sides with Commerce on Indian steel fittings after two remands

In the Tuesday ruling, the USITC upheld Commerce against arguments by plaintiffs Bonney Forge Corporation and United Steel, Paper and Forestry, Rubber, Manufacturing, Energy, Allied Industrial and the Service Workers International Union that Commerce had not sufficiently reviewed cost data from the Indian producer.The US Court of International Trade sided with the US Department of Commerce in an antidumping case involving Indian forged steel fittings.
